Blinkjoy Product Study SMS Consent

Participants in Blinkjoy product studies may choose to receive SMS text message reminders related to their study participation.

How Participants Opt In

Participants enroll in Blinkjoy product studies by completing and signing a study consent form via DocuSign at their participating clinic.

By providing their phone number and checking the box, participants consent to receive study-related SMS messages as described below.

The consent form contains a required, unchecked checkbox with the following language:

"I consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Blinkjoy Inc. regarding my participation in the Blinkjoy product study, including enrollment confirmations and study check-in reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Participation is voluntary. I understand I can reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. I understand I can reply HELP for help."

Participants must check this box and provide their phone number before receiving SMS communications.
