If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help point you in the right direction. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery issues must ultimately be resolved directly with the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, and orders sent to an incorrect address cannot be reshipped or refunded.
